Pre-order Delivery Policy

Pre-order product are delivered when item is in stocked. If more than one pre-order items are in one order then the entire order is only delivered when all items are in stocked. If a customer like to get their pre-order product as soon as it is in stock, it is best for customer to pre-order product individually.

Delivery processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.Tracking number will be provided for all shipped items.

You can return or exchange the product if there are deficiencies in our products. You must return the product with the packaging or the box is not destroyed and must give back our invoice. Return is received no later than 7 days.
